Yellowstone

Yellowstone in winter is a wonderful place. Unlike the summer months the park is virtually empty of people.  For those animals that stay, despite the -30 degree cold and deep snow, food is scarce.   The Madison River keeps flowing throughout the winter fuelled by the volcanic heat.  It is a natural draw for Elk, Coyote, Bobcat and Buffalo.
